Serenity Prime Official Website › FAQ
FAQSerenity Prime Frequently Asked Questions
Thirty-six questions about Serenity Prime in six groups, answered from the bottle artwork, the distributor’s paperwork and the published research.
The product, the ingredients, how to take it, safety, buying it and the desks behind it. Where a figure comes with the bottle rather than with the artwork, the answer says so instead of estimating.
Six groups, in the order a buyer usually asks them.
Serenity Prime basics: what it is and what it claims
What is Serenity Prime?
A capsule sold in a bottle of 60, marketed for sleep and calm. The seller names 13 ingredients in it, melatonin and chamomile among them, and calls one bottle a thirty-day supply.
What form does Serenity Prime come in?
A capsule. Not a gummy, not a powder and not liquid drops. The bottle face prints 60 CAPSULES, which is the one hard number on the front of it.
What does Serenity Prime claim to do?
Sleep and calm. That is the line the pack prints and it is the ceiling on everything on this website. The bottle itself prints no use case at all.
Is Serenity Prime a medicine?
No. It is a dietary supplement, which is a different legal category. It is not FDA-approved, no dietary supplement is, and it may not claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease.
Does Serenity Prime help with tinnitus or hearing?
No. The sales letter behind the product is built as a hearing pitch and none of it travels to this desk. Thirteen ordinary nighttime ingredients are what the seller names, and the disclaimer lists the six claims this website refuses.
Who makes Serenity Prime?
The manufacturer is not identified by name on the artwork. Two seals describe a facility, one as GMP and one as FDA-registered, and neither names it. This website is the retail desk rather than the manufacturer.
Serenity Prime ingredients: the thirteen and their amounts
What are the ingredients in Serenity Prime?
Thirteen: calcium, vitamin B6, magnesium, melatonin, goji, chamomile, lemon balm, passiflora, L-taurine, hops, St. John’s wort, skullcap and ashwagandha. Roughly two-thirds of that list is botanical and the rest is a mineral, a vitamin, an amino acid and a hormone.
How much of each ingredient is in Serenity Prime?
The amounts come with the bottle. The label face carries no panel and none appears in the seller’s artwork, so this website prints the dose each ingredient’s own trials used instead and says plainly that it is a trial figure.
Is there a Supplement Facts panel?
Not on the face, and the back of the bottle has never been photographed in anything published. The bottle you receive may well carry a full panel on its reverse, and that label is the document that governs. The label page records where this desk looked.
Which ingredient has the best evidence?
Ashwagandha. Its ten-week study enrolled people whose sleep had been measured on a wrist monitor rather than remembered, and moved three outcomes at once. Melatonin has far more studies and smaller effects.
Which one has the least?
L-taurine, which nobody has tested in people for sleep at any amount. It earns its place on reasoning instead of on a result, and a formulator is entitled to do that as long as nobody is told otherwise.
Is there valerian in it?
No. That matters for the hops row in particular, because almost every positive human hops result in the literature comes from a fixed valerian-and-hops preparation rather than from hops alone.
Taking Serenity Prime: timing, count and storage
How many Serenity Prime capsules a day?
Two, by division: a bottle of 60 described as a month’s worth. That is arithmetic rather than an instruction, and the instruction is on the reverse of the bottle you receive. How to take it explains why this desk prints it that way.
When should it be taken?
In the last hour of the evening, and at the same hour each night. The melatonin study with the clearest protocol dosed half an hour before lights out, and consistency matters more than the exact clock time.
With or without food?
Either works. No study behind this formula required a meal alongside it. If a capsule sits badly, a mouthful of something usually settles it, and magnesium is the likeliest culprit.
What happens if a night is missed?
Nothing much. Resume at the usual hour the following evening. None of this is a medicine held at a blood level, so there is nothing to catch up on and no reason to take extra.
How long before Serenity Prime does anything?
Weeks rather than nights. Buyers most often report 4–8 weeks in the distributor’s own summary, and the research timescales land in the same place. The timeline page sets both out.
How should it be stored?
A cool, dark, dry cupboard. Not a bathroom cabinet and not a sunny windowsill, which are the two warmest and dampest places in most houses. High enough that a child cannot reach it, because of the melatonin.
Serenity Prime safety: side effects and interactions
Is Serenity Prime safe?
No drug and no controlled substance appears anywhere on the list, and at the amounts their studies used most of the thirteen are unremarkable. Two of them warrant a conversation before the first capsule, and the next two answers are about those two.
Does it interact with prescription medicine?
St. John’s wort does, and it is one of the thirteen. A JAMA study found it roughly doubled alprazolam clearance at 900 mg a day by inducing cytochrome P450 3A4, an enzyme that handles a large share of prescription drugs. Show your prescriber the ingredient list and name it.
Does it affect contraceptives?
St. John’s wort can. In a controlled study it lowered the amount of contraceptive reaching the bloodstream and produced bleeding between periods. How much of the herb is in this capsule is the manufacturer’s to say, and this desk would not take that risk on a figure nobody has.
What are the common side effects?
Headache, next-morning grogginess and vivid dreams are the ordinary melatonin complaints. Loose stools point at the magnesium. Chamomile can cause a reaction in people sensitive to ragweed, chrysanthemums or marigolds.
Who should not take it?
Anyone under eighteen, anyone pregnant or nursing, anyone relying on a hormonal contraceptive, anyone on a medicine with a narrow margin, and anyone with a liver condition until the ashwagandha has been raised with a clinician. The side effects page gives the full list.
Is it habit-forming?
No. Dependence is not a property of anything on the list, and there is no withdrawal to manage. Put the bottle down and that is the end of it.
Buying Serenity Prime: price, channel and delivery
How much does Serenity Prime cost?
Three tiers: $69, $177 and $294. Per bottle that works out at $69, $59 and $49, and nothing is added for delivery inside the United States.
What are the struck-through prices?
Multiplication rather than history. $207 and $414 are what three and six bottles would come to at the single-bottle rate, which makes them a comparison anyone can check and not a price that was ever charged.
Where should Serenity Prime be bought?
Through the official checkout reached from this website, which is the USA Authorized Serenity Prime Retailer. A bottle bought from a marketplace listing carries that seller’s returns terms rather than the 60-day window.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per pack. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and no second charge appears a month later.
Are there bonuses with any pack?
None at any tier. What comes with an order is the bottles, delivery and the refund window. No guide, no membership and no extra bottle is attached to any of the three.
How long does delivery take?
5 to 7 working days inside the United States and 10 to 15 working days to Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand at $15.95 an order. A tracking ID is emailed within 60 hours of a confirmed payment.
The Serenity Prime guarantee and the desk behind this website
How long is the guarantee?
60 days on any pack, opened bottles included. Two different start dates are published by the seller, one from payment and one from dispatch, so counting from the day the card was charged keeps you inside whichever applies.
How do I get a refund?
It starts with a telephone call to +1 (302) 200-3480. Get an authorisation and the address, drop your details on a slip into the carton, and send it tracked. The policy page has the whole procedure.
Who pays the return postage?
You do, and tracking is worth the extra. Carriage back is what changing your mind actually costs on a product like this, and it falls fastest as a share of a larger pack.
How long does a refund take?
Around three weeks from the day you post it, in three stages: the journey, the warehouse, then your bank. The last of those three is the one nobody at either desk can hurry.
Who runs this website?
Serenityprimes, the USA Authorized Serenity Prime Retailer, from 1 New York Plaza, Floor 18, New York, NY 10004, USA. It is a retail desk rather than the manufacturer and it earns a commission when somebody orders through one of its buttons, which the about page states in full.
How are these pages sourced?
From the bottle artwork, the distributor’s paperwork and the published research, with every citation fetched and read rather than recalled. Corrections go to [email protected] and move the review date forward.
