One rule covers all seven rows: if it needs an order looked up, it is the phone.

The useful things to send here are specific. A figure on a page that does not match the bottle in your hand. A citation that does not say what the page claims it says. A link that goes nowhere. A price that has changed at the checkout.

The single most valuable thing anybody could send is a straight-on photograph of the back of a bottle. The supplement facts page is written from the label face because no photograph of the back exists in anything published, and one clear picture would change that page and several others with it.

A correction is made on the page itself rather than noted elsewhere, and the review date at the foot of the page moves forward when it happens.

Never post a bottle to either address without a return authorisation. An unannounced parcel with no order ID inside it cannot be matched to a payment.

Two return addresses exist because two of the seller’s own documents give different ones. The refund policy page prints both, side by side, with the start date each one uses for the sixty days.

That is exactly why the instruction on this page is to ring first. One phone call removes the ambiguity for your order, and the desk will give the address in writing on request.

One practical note about the clock. The refund window runs on calendar days rather than working ones, so a deadline that falls on a Sunday is still a deadline. Starting a claim a week early costs nothing and removes the problem entirely.
